Roo The Label Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane office between Monday and Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm AEST.
Our office is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be shipped on the next business day.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Express Post delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days and is available for a flat rate of $15 AUD. Standard Post takes approximately 5–8 business days and is available for a flat rate of $10 AUD.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. If an incorrect address is provided, Roo The Label is not obligated to refund or replace the order. We are also not liable for parcels that go missing or are stolen if you request safe drop, authority to leave, or leave delivery instructions asking for the parcel to be left unattended.
