Roo the label, Refund & Returns Policy
At Roo the Label, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or select another product, we’re happy to help! Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns for Size or Product Exchange
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
Please wear undergarments when trying on items so we can confirm they haven’t been worn.
To initiate an exchange
- Contact us at roothelabel.swim@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We will guide you through the return process and assist you in selecting an exchange product.
Change of Mind
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but you can return your item for store credit.
Store credit is issued once the item is returned in its original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene stickers attached.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for size exchanges or product swaps is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Roothelabel.swim@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
